Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sympathies SD that happened to me last week (but not in a fell race). Hope it heals soon.

Ploddy 2.8 miles for me this morning but it's a start.

Urgh SD you have my sympathies.. easy to recovery and hope your bagging the miles again soon!

I've got a tweak today too.. cant tell if it is an upshot of my week running proper hills or if it's the new barefoots I am trying out - have to go easy me thinks!

I took Wednesday off after a BRUTAL sprint session at club on Tuesday evening but runs of 10.2, 6.7 and 8.25 have seen me passing the 25 mile mark already :)

The plan for tomorrow is to run 19 miles from home to the City where there will be a Fetchie gathering to watch the Olympic women's marathon from the Lamb Tavern in Leadenhall Market. Post-run refuelling may be comprised of beer and fried breakfast :)
