Made the 100 two days ago. I've never found a sports masseur who hurts - am I tough (no), or perfectly relaxed (100% NO!!!!) or am I not looking hard enough?

Depends on many things ChrisHB. I don't aim to be sadistic, but deep tissue massage on muscles that are sore through lots of training can become painful at times. Breaking down scar tissue, adhesions and addressing trigger points can also cause some discomfort but do have real benefits. It also depends on your pain threshold Unfortunately mine is quite low when it comes to massage!

3.34 mile tempo run just now takes me to 99. Now I have to run tomorrow so that I'm done before I go and get drunk tomorrow night...

Rest day today, was up late last night baking 120 profitteroles, and up early this morning filling them and making the chocolate sauce, so am feeling a bit knackered now.

Following my first physio appointment I had nail marks in my palm from dealing with the pain. I also had a bruise on my butt but it got my SI joint moving again
