just stepped in after 5 enjoyable miles along the canal to take me to 1200 for the year & 61 for the month a couple of good days & I could be over the required 3.34 miles per day

Go for it Ruth! Another 4 for me last night after having my legs mashed (in a good way) in a sports massage. 75 in total now. 8 mile trail race Saturday.
