Err. Now I profess to be ignorant, having never run on a treadmill. But how on earth do you do hill sprints on one??? Surely there is a lacking in the hills department. Is it just sprint intervals or am I missing something?

upto 92 so far here after a mini tempo session before work this morning
probably pass 100 on saturday depending on how far i can be arsed to run before hitting the hopefully muddy section up a local hill
