100 miles a month in 2012

It will be in the first part of my race if I run tomorrow, and towards the end if I don't, but either way the race distance will be enough to get me over the line. I did my 100th bike mile of the month this morning too

Which means not much tomorrow and so need to do 14 miles on weekday evenings. It's touch and go .... shocked that I'm nowhere near the usual 130 ....
