Big push for me over this next week or so, I had a week off with a stinking cold and I am only on 50 miles for the month. Still a bit bunged up but feel well enough to run.

After last week's illness (not a step run at all), I have squeezed in 40 miles over the last three days (nothing like easing back into gently then) to get well back on target. 73 miles for April. And that 53 mile race at the end of month has to help (just have avoid illness/injury)

I found that amusing Jon, a wry smile raised. I shall steal that for use at a later point, thank you.

98 with yesterday's fell race. I hope I can put in a 3 mile recovery run today to put me over the line.
