96 for me so far. Rest day tomorrow, so should hit 100 on Thursday - which will be the earliest point in the month I've reached this target

Go for a recovery run folks! It will hurt a bit but after a couple of miles your muscles will be nice and warm then you can safely stretch You'll feel better tomorrow...

Well done racers and target hitters!
I'm on 76 now after my marathon and last night's little recover run. Club run tonight and then I should be less stiff and can hopefully hit my 100 before going to Dubrovnik next week. If not, I'll run a bit there to make sure I hit.
(Ruth - I too drank beer rather than stretched. Oops.)
