Up to 121 today. 2 out of 3 ain't bad, apparently. I think I should write a song about that.

Mrs W, are you all fit and ready for Brighton now? I know it was a bit in question at one stage?

Well, I don't think I'll be getting a PB, but I'm certainly ready to run it

Well done everyone who's comfortably over the line
Only on 58 here Think it'll be a fail for me for the first time in 20 months. Adductor injury much better but 42 miles in 6 days may not be the best thing for it. Ah well hopefully all will be fine for next month.
Keep going all those who are almost there.

I'm on 23 so no hope, but I *have* managed 163 on the bike which is about 161 more than I could have done after being knocked off. I think I'll aim to restart the 100 miles thing in May rather than putting pressure on myself in April - although I am running again I'm still fairly cautious about ramping up the distance too much.
