I set my goal of 200 per month for every month & got there yesterday, just a few more goals left to finish off for the year.

Thanks for the list SB :-)...... it looks like the wheels have come off my bus in the last month, touch of the cba since Stanstead Stagger was postponed :-(..... Club run tonight.... perhaps ;-)

Sb - thanks so much for doing the scores on the doors for us all year, top work that lady!

Personally I think just by having the goal and being reminded it means running has been much improved overall... it's nice to reach the target but it's also nice to know we're all aiming for something

Good work everyone, I'm really chuffed with how my year ended... I have alot of work still to do next year and whilst I did achieve my target I am really more pleased with the fact I am almost back at goal weight (albeit being sabatarged by christmas at the moment ;) ) and my running is alot more consistent and improved overall... thats majorly cool for me

Hope that you all have a great chritsmas and here's to a "bring it on" 2010!
