So in a fit of madness I have entered one of these bad boys, the South Downs Way next June. I have looked at rough plans, but was wondering if there was anyone out there prepared to guide me through designing a full and proper training plan??? Not so much the nitty gritty stuff (that will come later) but more at this stage look at what I am doing, and design a month by month/ week by week plan to get me there, with detail to follow.

And not just Run, Lots.
