Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

A group for folks trying to run 100 marathons. a place to record numbers & pat each other on the back People can arrange lift sharing & accomodation, share race info & generally help each other get to the milestone. plus lots of banter & ripping the p*ss out of each other ;)

I believe a hippo wandered in accused us all of being testosterone loaded marathon counters and then wandered out again. LOL

Testosterone? Not last time I checked :-O

Sorry Hipps, I missed the point scoring, must have been having an obtuse moment. Don't think there are many people on this thread who take themselves too seriously......

Has anyone done the seabank marathon (Skegness to Boston)? It is at the start of June, its on my to-do list as my mum lives in boston so practically quite easy but more importantly my dad did this a few times in the 80s and got veteran prices. Was wondering what it was like nowadays? Whenever I ask my dad about running he changes the subject quickly so I can never get much out of him (he cant run now so I think it depresses him a bit)

I haven't, but have a look at the article, it lists all the marathons some of us have done. Sounds like a nice one to do for family reasons..
