Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I shall wander down to London, mill around a bit, chill. See where they put me, and then see how fast I feel like running, wave and grin like a loon at Fetchpoint and eventually cross the finish line.

The OMM - is that the one where you have to stay out overnight in the rain or something? *shock*

No problem. Where do I start?

Terrain - trickier than usual trail, with deeply rutted and very narrow gullies to run in. Very muddy, esp when it's mud over grass, no traction whatsoever
Incline - very very steep ascents and descents, over and over again
Wind - so strong it knocked me off my feet repeatedly and trying to make any progress into it was like pushing a very fat man up a hill. I could barely stand up by day 3.

I'm definitely not heavy or strong enough for this sort of thing. It's more like fell running really. Gower was a piece of piss in comparison.

Who's off to the Jurassic this weekend? Weather should be much better, but it's still tough along that stretch of coast..
