agree with Pauk just chill take in plenty of carbs and don't go too fast on Saturday save a little in the tank for Sunday. (ironically I pb'ed day 1 of my last double - lol !)

Hellen, you'll be fine - just don't overdo it this week. Run a fairly normal week I reckon, maybe a bit less than usual in the second half.
Now, I think next year the District Double is not possible as it seems White Peak is the weekend after Windermere? That's good for me as Whitepeak would be a lovely warm down the week after TiT methinks... but a shame for those who wanted to do the double.

I got an email from them. It says 22nd May for White Peak. Entries open in January.
