Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I personally don't think it counts if you DNF an ultra even if you've gone over marathon distance, because if its 30,60 or 100 miles long it still only counts as one towards your total.

I'm emailing Roger with my list tomorrow so he can verify it for my 100th so i'll ask him then.

I agree. If you don't complete the race distance, it shouldn't count...

Agree I'm not counting Ridgeway or Caesars even though I went a fair way further than mara and I'm iffy about counting seaford and 3 2Go even though they are "accepted" cos they were n't up to distance.

Seaford counts Joe, the 100 club always gives them the benefit of the doubt for the first one. If the 3 to go was short then it won't count as the last 2 were short as well, the same applies for the Essex Walker & a couple of others.

If you DNF an ultra it does not count. However in the Kent 50, you have the option of finishing at shorter distances and they give you a certificate for the completed distance and you are listed in the results. So as long as you were over marathon distance then that will count.
