Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

5:12 for 37 off road sounds quick to me. Well done JJ.

Just joined LDWA having been brought up in an LDWA household. Looking through the coming months I see a fair few interesting "challenges". The Steppingley Step and Stansted Stagger look like good value interesting 26 milers before the year end.

I think they're on my list BW - see you there.

Great running ogee. Most folk would have given up, but you're way too tough for that. And another towards the magical total for you. :-)

Didn't realise you had such a tough race O, sorry to hear it. Hope the ankle's getting better.. My Clarendon was nice, very relaxed, walked almost all the hills, stopped to look at the view, strong last few miles and finished in 4'34. Nice little race, and very posh.

So come on Anna, spill the beans. How was the 100? I'm deeply in awe :-)

Oh dear, I feel a bit sorry about instructing Patrick to slap you on the arse if he passed you now :-( Very impressed with the sub 4 and course PB in the circumstances.

Exciting day today though :-) Have my fingers crossed for you..
