Great day yesterday but had to give myself a real talking to today. Amazed to be only six mins slower - was on course for far worse after laps 4 and 5. Can't believe that I'm within touching distance of the magic 100. Honestly never thought I'd get to this point. I predict a very emotional couple of months!
