98th today. Quite hot and hilly. Feet are not great so tomorrows marathon will be interesting.
The Barrow Challange event is exeptional though. Recomend it to anyone

I had a suprise sub 4 at Great langdale which is easily the toughest road marathon i have ever done - twice as hard as Windermere & Cornish !! Great to see so many mates & a few Northern faces I rarely see :)

Smashing day out yesterday at the JW Ultra, this race just gets better & better every year. Very happy with my 4.30 as I just plodded along taking photos & having a chat with friends.

Taper time now, Sparta next Friday :-0

Well done to the weekend's racers. Plans to do New Forest went a bit tit's up, as did the replacement 10-15 miler. May see how I feel later and go out again
