After a weeek feeling unwell I managed to drag myself around the 27 mile Three Shires LDWA event yesterday. Nearly 4,000 ft of ascent, some tricky underfoot condditions but some fantastic views and great food. That is marathon #90 done

Sussex was well 'ard (had to near out sprint the last mile and a half to get under 5 hours). Loved it though. Cool bling and t-shirt and big thumbs up to the free grub and drink at the end
