Year I did Bungay it was overcast and really cold at the start but within 4 miles the sun had blazed it's way through and I ended up somewhat crisped. I'd stopped on the way home to get some food and wondered why I was getting really odd looks from the guy who served me. When I got home I found out why - I was so sunburnt I had this odd red and white faced panda look going on!

I tell myself I am going to stop one day but then a name of a town or city comes up and i can't stop myself. It is icy and cold outside yet I am still thinking "marathon thoughts" What has happened to me?
