87 Samphire- just boiled for a few minutes, added pepper and butter. Very nice actually- bit salty on its own

Sort of. 11% of 750ml non alcoholic fruit punch. I’m classing that as my 80 grams portion.

Ironically I have an Elderberry tree in my garden but have never done anything with the berries
