I'm going to miss the 1000. However with the year I've had, being diagnosed with PTSD, stress, anxiety, burn out, divorce and a new home, I'm happy to have got over 900.

Well done to everyone who made it and roll on next year 😎

Another 7 for me in the snow again this morning leaves me with 5 miles to do tomorrow once we've got to the inlaws and luckily no snow on the north wales coast so will be a dry 5 miles :-)

Well done Gromit. You can see the finish line now!

Congratulations falcarius and Nickid on making the 1,000 and MrsB for beating your previous best annual mileage.

I hope, WillCrash, that 2015 is a better year for you.

I knew you wouldn't be able to resist even going out for one mile just to beat it before the 31st! ;-)

Yey !!! crossed the finish line this afternoon with a 7.7 mile run along the north wales coast path , nice to not be running on snow and ice , i've run 49 miles in the last 7 days to get there but im so glad i got the 1000th mile done , even did an extra 2 :-) might give myself the rest of the year off ( unless there is a gettable gorilla close by tom as i only have 4 this month ;-) )

Well done Gromit! Doesn't it feel good? :-)

And everyone else who's equalled or exceeded their "most evers", PBs, targets, and overcome their challenges in the last year.

So I think that's me done for 2014 - 9.6 running uppy-downy miles in the IoW this morning in the frosty and icy weather (lovely), followed by a walk along the sea-front with family and taking it in turns to push a wheelchair (which doesn't count because it was a walk!).

Tomorrow is given over to a drive up-country to Chester to celebrate Hogmanay with In-laws, so no chance to squeeze another 4.5 miles in to round it up to a sensible number, but I'm more than happy with the year just gone and thankful to you all for your help!

I expect I'll check back in on the 1st, but other than that - over to 1000 miles in 2015! Onward and upward.
