How do I reset my Garmin Connect connection?

Sometimes, the automatic connection that sends your data from Garmin Connect to Fetch will go down. In this case, it may be worth closing and re-establishing that connection.

  1. Before proceeding, check the Fetcheveryone Twitter Account and the Fetch Forum - there might be a problem affecting all users.
  2. Go to your Garmin Connect Account Information page.
  3. Scroll down to the sub-section marked Connected Apps
  4. You should see listed - click the Disconnect button.
  5. Return to Fetcheveryone and re-establish the link to Garmin
  6. Go run round the garden, and try it.
