The Club was formed on the 21st of November 1977 and was originally called “Massey Ferguson (Coventry) Road Runners and Joggers Club”. Training night is Wednesdays and we meet at 6.40 pm. The Xcel Centre is ideally located for evening runs in the winter as the local roads, business parks and University of Warwick are well lit and virtually traffic-free.Post-training refreshments are an important part of the Massey tradition and these take place at the Massey Ferguson Club in Broad Lane. Here you can enjoy a beer, cider or soft drink and good food to replace those lost calories. You'll also get a chance to talk to some of the older retired MFRC members who'll tell you what running was like in the old days - if they can remember!
