Avon Valley Runners are a Road Running club based in West Wiltshire. Although we are mainly a club of road runners, our scope does include triathlon, cross-country and fell running.
The club was founded in 1986 and currently has around 200 members of all abilities.
We meet four times a week at our training venues in Trowbridge, Melksham or Bradford-on-Avon with typically between 20-50 members running from 1 to 10 miles in different pace groups.
Avon Valley Runners host a number of events throughout the year including the "Over the Hills" 12K Multi-Terrain Race, the "Conkwell Killer" and assist with the organisation of the Trowbridge 10K, Shaw&Whitley Stampede and the Foxtrot 5.

Christie Miller Sports Centre in Melksham @19:00 for an easy session with the emphasis on fun during the summer months with Hash Runs, Parlaafs and Hill sessions to keep us amused.
