Greenock Glenpark Harriers are a traditional running club that accommodates all levels of abilities. The club is one of the oldest in the country having formed in 1895. They have a proud history and have won numerous national, individual and team titles which also includes an olympic double medalist (albeit back in 1924).
GGH are also one of the few clubs in Scotland which have their own clubhouse, fully equipped with aerobic and weightlifting equipment as well as shower facilities.
The club currently has approx 120 members made up of male and females aged 9-70. The members compete on the roads, track, hills and cross-country.
The club also organise 11 races of their own throughout the year with points going towards the clubs championship.
The club has numerous coaches that assist both the senior and junior athletes including 3 Level 2s and 5 Level 1s
The club has a strong social scene with 2 major dances per year as well as numerous outings and post race sessions.

Seniors – Meet at Darroch Park, Gourock (half way up Larkfield Hill) at 6.20pm. Off road session, studs recommended as it’s likely to be muddy, session is suitable for all abilities.
