We are Susie, Siobhan, Alex and Simon. By day, a Postman, a PA, a Pastor and a Yoga Teacher (we'll let you work out who's who!), by night (and also very early morning) we don our trainers and hit the roads around Biggin Hill.
Getting fit is tough, we get it. You want to get in shape and you know what needs to be done but life just gets in the way. The truth is, you've got to have the discipline of Mo Farah to train alone, which is why we set up Runways because, let's face it, everything is more fun with friends. We're running four sessions a week. Each one aimed at different levels, so don't worry if you're a complete newbie or if you've been around the block a few times - we've got it covered.
