Wednesdays speed work at Stratford Upon Avon High School track 7-8pm.
Weekend runs & Thursday runs arranged along with c25k courses.

Club Sessions
Monday
Meet at Waitrose 7pm, for club run. 2-3 different pace groups, mix of road & trail routes.

Wednesday
Speedwork at Stratford Upon avon High school track. We have 3 pace groups working towards 5k/parkrun goals & a marathon speedwork group for those with longer distances on their schedule. Meet at the track for 7pm start. Sessions last 1hr & are a mix of drills, intervals, warm downs & stretches.
