Tuesday
We train at Esholt club, Esholt lane on a tuesday. Meet for 7pm, set off at 7.15pm.

Thursday
Two different sessions are currently available on a thursday. For beginners we train from 'Greens Health club', just off Otley road, Shipley. For runners wishing to improve there fitness theres another group who meet at 7pm at Salts sports complex (Inbetween the Boathouse and Saltaire railway station).
