Prime Running Club
About The ClubPrime Running Club is based at the Fit 4 less gym in Eldene, Swindon and aims to cater for all abilities. No need to be afraid of being embarrassed about your fitness to take part or worry about what others will think of you, Max and I are here to encourage and to get you round our carefully chosen courses. All of our members are benefitting hugely from joining. People who have different backgrounds and have different goals are achieving those goals whether it be to assist with one element of a triathlon, mileage into the legs for a marathon, rehabilitation or just another string to the bow in the whole fitness spectrum.
We aim to be here for everyone to get people off treadmills and out into the open air. Whatever the weather come sun, rain wind or snow – may draw the line at 10 feet drifts – we will be there to assist and encourage. Mad? Well maybe a little but running is such a good way of keeping fit and is something we all do from a very early age. In fact, it may be with most of us we all try to run before we can walk. At Prime we won’t let that happen. Take your time and build your distance and speed slowly. We will look after you.
If you want to hear more then come along every Tuesday and Thursday at 1900 hours. Membership is so inexpensive and for the annual sub of just £17, discount is offered at Run Swindon for all your running equipment and as the club is affiliated to the Association of Running Clubs (ARC), £2 will be deducted from entry fees into many races throughout the uk.
So don’t be afraid, come along for a “try it out session” for just £3 and see if you like it. All abilities and ages are welcome.
