Started 3 years ago as a very small group of like minded people and has since become affiliated to jog scotland. At the last count we had nearly 150 members and are going from strength to strength.
We have members from complete beginners to serious runners.
It is a friendly club and everyone is made very welcome. We meet on Monday evenings at 6.30 for jog scotland sessions and Wednesday evenings at 6.30 for more technical traning
