The running club for non-runners!
The club caters for everyone of any ability, we say
"if you've never run before or you've tried to run but never quite got going, or you're a regular runner who fancies some company then we're the group for you! We are all ages, shapes and sizes. We think that with the right support, anyone can learn to run..we know because most of us couldn't run for more than a minute when we started!
