Club Sessions
Tuesday
We train Tuesday and Thursday evenings (summer and winter) running from Sainsbury's car park. This is usually around 6 miles in winter and when clocks change we increase gradually. For those of you who know Kelso the winter route is up through Broomlands School, past racecourse, back through town and up to ambulance station, back down bypass to gym. (Approx 6 miles).

Sunday
We run once a month on Sundays. Usually the last Sunday of the month (please check website) www.kelsocrawlers.org.uk the distance varies between 6 and 8 miles and longer during the summer. We cater for all abilities. Nobody is left at any time to run on their own. Nobody is too fast and nobody is too slow.
