EC4 Amblers is made up of work colleagues who all share an interest in runnung.
Some run for fun, some compete in races and some as a welcome change from the working out in the gym.
The aim of the club is to share what collective knowledge we have with each other Eg Local routes around London, local races etc with the ability to share with each other what races have been entered and how well people are improving (should they wish to share this information).
The company has been good enough to part sponsor interested parties in a local charity race and part of the company's social calendar. It is hoped that those who enjoy the sport can identify with each other and the group will gain in size.
