We are the principal Road Running club in the area with approx 250 members and cater for all ages and abilities. There are training sessions twice a week under the guidance of qualified coaches. The club takes part in local races and National events and in the winter the club is in a cross country league. There is an active social calendar including organised holidays abroad .
