A running and triathlon club based in Cardiff.
NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY TRAINING ON TUESDAYS AT 19:30 (SPEED TRAINING AND HILL WORK) AND THURSDAY NIGHTS AT 19:00 (SOCIAL RUN) FROM PEN-Y-LAN COMMUNITY CENTRE, ROATH PARK.
Best described as a small and friendly cllub, the aim of the club is to have fun, to feel healthy and to achieve personal goals irrespective of whether an elite or social runner.The club has been meeting for the last 29 years for runs ranging from 3-4 miles to the odd 10 to 12 miler. Tuesday nights are normally speed or hill sessions at various locations including Leckwith Track and are very good for new runners as you can do as much or as little as you want on these sessions.
Annual membership of San Domenico is £30, £17.50 of which is Welsh Athletics affiliation for the member. All Gwent League XC events and most relay entries are paid for by the club. We don't charge anything else but people pay their own leisure centre entry for the thursday night sessions..
