Following the success of our 6 week beginners running sessions in January we are now planning a second beginner’s session commencing Wednesday 28th September, 2011.
So if you are currently able to jog/run approximately 3 miles and find yourself thinking “I’d really like to take my running further but I don’t think I’m fast enough to join a club” or simply want to run with like minded people then come along to Lichfield Running Club for a free, no obligation to join, 6 week beginners running session.
During the 6 week sessions we will take you through specifically tailored training sessions which will help you to build speed, distance and stamina.
We will meet at King Edward VI Leisure Centre, Lichfield WS14 9DE at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start.

There's no commitment required and the sessions are free but we do require you to be able to jog/run approximately 3 miles and can only cater for runners aged 18 or over.
