Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

Diogenes Pleased with this. Ran steady throughout, got a negative split speeding up at the end and sprinting in (well, quick-plodding anywway). Good to run a steady well-paced race at last. I like this course. Only downside was no photographer this year (as far as I could see) and a few of the the km markers weren't very accurate. Unaffiliated 47:48 54:23 57:00 54:23 50.02

Minimag First competetive run, found it hard going as I had only trained on a treadmill, but still managed a pb, having people around me and being cheered on helped. This has inspired me to continue training and aim for a half marathon early in 2007, possibly looking to complete a marathon before the end of 2007. Arunners 47:23 54:13 54:44 50.45
