Oscar's Everyone Day
Sunday 23rd June 2024In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".
Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.

About this parkrun
Starting by Number 2 pond and running along good quality paths to the boating and bathing ponds and then back over past Parliament Hill. Two laps.njosmith 17th Jun 2019

Chaotic, without enough marshals, too packed width wise, unpleasant.

Half a mile walk from Hampstead Heath tube - a few stops on the Northern Line out of Euston. Toilets in the middle of the park were handy - about 1/4 Mike away. Rolling trail course. Bellsize park tube on return a mile from the finish.

Pretty hilly, mixed tarmac and packed footpaths underfoot. Imagine it can get quite slippy if it’s wet. Two laps. Close to Hampstead tube (Northern Line).
