oldbirdhead I'd be happy to break 40 minutes and as this course is tough I'd be ecstatic to break 39. Well I didn't enjoy this that much, my legs felt heavy and after 2k it seemed I was way of the pace but I'm sure this is cos the km markers were completely wrong as my third km was a minute quicker than I expected!
