I was BFing my LO in a bank waiting for my sisters bloke. Breastpad fell out, I couldn't find it then a very kind gent popped up with it and said "here's your tissue!" Mortified. The pillow between legs thing is good, eases my aches and pains. |

Ha ha, funny story! Do breast pads need to be worn for as long as feeding or does there come a point when they are no longer needed? I don't fancy 6 months or more of the annoying little things!

Depends on how long you leak for, or when you stop letting down when someone else's baby cries! For me that was 8-9 months, some people never leak..
