Sapporo HIITman 1:21pm, 21 Aug 2009 1468 posts | Will try that. The artwork does the job. One caveat, I think even if you allow the foot to come off the ground by itself, you have to keep it going with the hams. Perhaps this is the double pull that kind of parallels with the heel flick in other schools of running technique. |
1:31pm, 21 Aug 2009 3497 posts | I don't mean fuck the pull, but that you'll know when it has to be done and you can do it minimally. The problem with how you go at the moment not falling properly is that you won't get that feeling of necessity and you end up having to muscle it anyway to compensate. |
1:32pm, 21 Aug 2009 3498 posts | Fall properly and even if you do pull late, you can sense when it is meant to happen and reel the timing in till you get it |

Take me to the end of this discussion (...so I can ask questions already answered, repeat what others have just said already, make annoying comments about punctuation and spelling, or otherwise butt in irrelevantly without bothering to read.)
Dodgy goings on? Report this thread, and if I'm not out with the dog, I'll sort it :-)
