Will try that. The artwork does the job.

One caveat, I think even if you allow the foot to come off the ground by itself, you have to keep it going with the hams. Perhaps this is the double pull that kind of parallels with the heel flick in other schools of running technique.

I don't mean fuck the pull, but that you'll know when it has to be done and you can do it minimally. The problem with how you go at the moment not falling properly is that you won't get that feeling of necessity and you end up having to muscle it anyway to compensate.

Fall properly and even if you do pull late, you can sense when it is meant to happen and reel the timing in till you get it
