Good luck at the GP curly just keep going back it's not right to feel like you do, as you say the symptoms may mean that it starts to give rise to some answers. Fingers crossed

I'm nervous about the appointment today. I hope they don't brush me off like before. At least I have strong symptoms today so I can hopefully describe them accurately!

Caffeine seems to be a definite trigger as is alcohol for the face burning. Not good for a coffee addict who works in a wine company :(

Hmm nothing more there. Some more blood tests ordered. A repeat of the B12/B6 and a vit D (if I am Vit D deficient then god help most couch potatoes). Calcuim, ESR, renal, liver, and a bone profile.

A different doctor again though so that doesnt help. He suggested I have rosacea. Which doesn't explain the exhaustion and legs of lead, but its like talking to a brick wall sometimes when trying to explain how only running 3-4 times a week isnt normal for me and that yes of course all the usual markers of health will be good for me because I'm an athlete ffs. *sigh*

Got something to say?
