Soozie you'll not get lost. It's two and a bit laps round the some of the lakes at Ferry meadows and I'm sure the maps will be available to look at before the start.

Just looked at your times and my wife, who is running as well on Christmas day runs at about 31 for the 5k so you should always have her in sight

Doozie, Mrs C and daughter also running on Christmas Day and should be just behind you. You'll probably know them from Frostbites, you won't get lost, no matter how hard you try, it's dead easy. When they say no markers I think they just mean the Km boards as it's so straight forward :-)

Soozie, I am RD on Christmas Day. The course is really easy to follow and I will have the maps available at the cafe.

It takes about 30 minutes to put up all the signs and then we have to recover them so we are skipping this on Christmas Day! Come and see me when you arrive and I will go over the course with you

The weather forecast is looking good - cold but sunny intervals according to BBC website

I might come up and have a run around Folksworth on Sunday morning. Would it be okay with Yaxley if I brought some of the C&C Sunday runners who would normally run around the Gogs or Wimpole with me?

Thank you all. Completely understand why you are having a break from putting signs up in the morning. Will try and keep up with Mrs Mick173 but would be good to have a quick look at the map in the morning.
