Good running everyone
I went out for 6 miles yesterday but had to walk a fair few times as I just couldnt get it together. Between 4 and 5 miles I actually felt as if I was running "out of body". It was very bizarre and had to sit on one of the benches at the monument to gather myself. I think my iron levels are low hence why I am so tired right now and its affecting my breathing and my running. |

Dorridge 8.2 on Sunday, 1hr 17mins 04secs
Small event, but well organised. No hills but lots of longish inclines along country lanes. Well pleased |

First run for a couple of weeks after taking a tumble and bruising my ribs, ouch! Gentle 3.3 miles in 35 mins, felt a bit stiff but great to be out running again!
