This afternoon I went for a run totalling 6.92km / 4.3ml. on the cycleway / footpath at 'Ponty' including intervals 3x800m. (+ 300m. jog RBI) at a pace of 5:05; 5:05; 4:59 / km. I had planned a 4th interval but abandoned it, as I was struggling today. It was also too soon after a meal, so I felt a little sluggish. (Oddly enough, I always do my intervals in km. but other training in miles!)

Hi GG, sorry to be a pain but can you change the distance from 10k to 8 miles for Dorridge on 16th June. Only just noticed the distance. Thanks

boxercise - run? boxercise - run? naturally I chose to run, 3miles to start but ended off with 5.5miles... apart from anything else it meant a bit of me & Bailey time, he was a superstar too bless him.
