700 Miles in 2013

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2013 thread.

'never underestimate the naughty, the frivolous and the childish'

All you have to do is run 1.92 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached target or both if you want to.

Remember to set your target to 700 miles on your training log. The 700 miles league table is here : Link (roll over me to see where I go) Link (roll over me to see where I go)

Good luck tomorrow, Karl - I still haven't taken the plunge yet...

Haha, I didn't realise we had a DIY ad celebrity.

I became an accountant mostly by accident - I had a degree in politics, and Burger King weren't hiring when I graduated. I worked for a few different firms since (in order, insurance, insurance, Aussie council, fucking insurance again, sort-of-Parliament (yay!), NHS, museum,sort-of-Parliament-but-up-north, universities, civil service) but it's alway been in some sort of bean-counting function.

I always wanted (in ye olden days) to work in politics but it's really not compatible with having anything resembling a social life. Not sure what my amibitions are now (which is worrying but less depressing than I thought it would be)...
