I thaught I would put my 2penneth in... I'm just omming back from lots and lots of injury and really stuggling, in my mind I can run a half in 1.30 but at 5.15 P/KM in reality it is no where near. its good to dream

Alice the Camel
Started again this morning, first run after a bad ankle sprain in July. I’ve decided to do C25K and had considered starting at around week 3 or 4. In the end I’ve gone right back to the start.
Week1 Run1 done, it was surprisingly hard work 😳. The only way is up.

GM is right its getting back into a regular routine anytime is hard but this time is harder the days are shorter its colder. Theres Christmas stuff approaching

But 1.24 miles run walk done
