Managed 41:56 today in my race so I was really happy with that it wasn’t the quickest course and there was no one to chase so it was basically a time trail. The good news is I was first vet 50

I'd forgotten about this thread! I am a way off of 42 minutes since being injured. I have a couple of 10Ks booked with the next one mid March. I'd be happy with 45 mins at the mo.
