Gutted. Went out for my run this morning without checking the map. Then checked my Fetchpoint account....no Gore's collected (only got 3 so far this month). Then checked the map and there is one sat in the middle of the road I just ran up. Checked my Garmin trace to find it was out for the first mile and a half and so missed it. I know I could replot my route manually, but I feel that is cheeting as I the trace I uploaded would have gained points from markers I shouldn't have got.

If its near the end of the month and that happens to me (i'll check route garmin claims vs actual route) i'd get it by simply doing a very short route directly over the marker or not care depending on what mood i was in.

I'm sure we'd all allow you to replot your route. You plant twice as many flowers, and pay twice as much rent. Overall you should gain extra points, and that is fair compensation for the pain of replotting the route.

Agree with kstuart just retrace the part of the run that would cover the marker, that way you do not increase the number of flowers planted etc. I'm sure no one would object to that

Well, at last I am starting to get on top of my bugs. Is it wrong that, as soon as I get home from one run, I'm planning the next?

Flowers are confusing me. How did I harvest a flower at 12.01am? Is it one which I planted a few weeks ago and have been watering, and which no-one else picked before the end of its life?

yes....they harvest 6 weeks after planting so long as they have been watered between 2 and 4 weeks and have not been picked

Fetchies may sleep.... but SYSTEM is at work in the wee small hours, sprinkling bugs, moving Goreillas, scattering coins and checking on the flower harvest. And at mid-day, it wakes up to collect all those bug penalties....
