Is it lovely down Stoney way? I can't wait to run by the sea! Passing the Marine without a fuelling stop might be a bit of a challenge though.

I have been freezing all day but that's probably the lurgy. The boy is in the garden (oh no in the kitchen clattering around.....I'm sure that's nothing to worry about) ....no back down to garden!!

it is absolutely gorgeous in Stoney today. I did the Stoney half route on the bike with the girls & didn't need gloves! Can't wait for trail run up at Knockburn before the club agm tonight :-)

Have a good run with Graeme tonight RWR & then have a drink in the marine!

AC I am in awe of 25 miles with a child on the back, my DD gets bored and hates bumps as well as being darned heavy!

Hello people! What time was the plan for pizza hut on Sunday. I'm not sure I'll be up to running but we may come along for the social and want to go to cinema after pizza hut. There's a showing at 3:30....is that too early?

bugger, someone had to ask!

we couldnt get a firm booking for 20 at pizza hut this time, which is anoying coz they took our reservation for 28 for the original mile, but hey ho....

So the eaterie on the day is up for debate... I'd have to say if it were a pizza hut deal breaker for QP, then he might end up disappointed.....

Not a deal breaker. He can have popcorn and sweeties at the cinema :) It's more timings that are the issue.

We should be clear of the track by 2pm..... so a 330 showing should be fine... bearing in mind 330 is more like 345 if you wanna miss the trailers...

Okay. So are we booking somewhere or just turning up? Will need to decide what I'm doing. I've needed a wee sit down after doing just about anything today so not sure I'll be fit for running on Sun.
