Great trail run around the Easters today - including across the point to point course. Didn't stay for the racing afterwards but it was a lovely route. Anyone doing the Springfield one at Danbury tomorrow? |

That was me, yeah I started off a bit too close to your pace group! Halfway in 1:45 and finished in just under 3:45. Bit of a crash and burn, but I knew sub 3:30 was a risky target so pleased to hang on to a gfa time. I saw you run off for a sneaky pit stop! |

Yeah, the pit stop was not that sneaky. Bit difficult being discrete with a big flag on your back Sorry it did not go entirely to plan but you got your GFA. There were a lot of Essex club vests out on the course |

Yeh, Essex was well represented. Striders everywhere as per usual, a handful of Dagenham and East London and I saw a few Benfleet and some Thrift Greens
